TAIPEI- Starlux Airlines (JX), a Taiwanese luxury carrier, aims to expand its North American operations by increasing flight frequency between Los Angeles (LAX), Seattle (SEA), and Taipei (TPE).
The strategic expansion intends to improve connectivity and increase travel options for passengers between the United States and Taiwan.
Starlux Los Angeles and Seattle Flights
Starlux Airlines (JX) plans to dramatically expand its North American operations by increasing flight frequencies between the United States and Taiwan.
Beginning December 22, 2024, the carrier will expand its Los Angeles service to include 10 weekly flights to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
The new schedule adds flights on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday to supplement its existing daily service. Flights JX0005 and JX0001 will depart LAX at 22:20 and arrive at TPE at 05:30+2, with return flights scheduled at identical hours.

On March 1, 2025, Starlux will expand its network by adding daily flights between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
This expansion more than doubles current capacity and is a strategic growth strategy. The carrier will use its agreement with Alaska Airlines (AS) to provide seamless connection from over 100 US cities to Seattle, allowing easy access to Taipei and 24 Asian destinations.
Flights JX0031 and JX0032 will fly to Seattle, with departure and arrival timings tailored to the convenience of passengers.
